The Louisville Midian Scholars are students from the Charleston – Huntington area who have chosen to pursue their college education and develop their leadership skills together at Simmons College of Kentucky, a Historically Black Bible College, while maintaining their ties to the community back home through volunteering and service. The Louisville Midian Scholars share a common life and mission together at the university, participate in leadership development training, and receive support from Midian and other friends back home.
